The terms that apply to this website.
Last updated 6 November 2026
These terms govern the use of the website at dynexus.io and its subpages,
operated by the provider named in the legal notice.
They cover this website only, not applications. Applications published under the DY Nexus name are governed by separate terms once those terms are published together with the application concerned.
The content of this website is provided for information. It is prepared with care, but no assurance is given that it is accurate, complete or up to date. Statutory liability (section 6) is not affected by this.
Technical articles describe approaches, decisions and trade-offs at the time of writing. They are not professional advice, and applying them remains the reader's own responsibility. Statutory liability (section 6) is not affected.
Where a product is described as in development, that description reflects an intended state, not a commitment to any feature, timeline or release date.
Unless stated otherwise, the rights in the text, images, logo and design of this website belong to the provider. This content is protected by copyright insofar as the statutory requirements are met.
Permitted without asking: reading, printing and quoting short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source.
Requires permission (an email to admin@dynexus.io is enough): reproduction, distribution, public communication or adaptation beyond that.
Uses permitted by law, in particular quotation (§ 51 UrhG) and copies for private use (§ 53 UrhG), are not affected and need no permission.
Code samples: unless a snippet states otherwise, code samples published in articles are licensed under the MIT No Attribution License (MIT-0). You may use, modify and distribute them without attribution, including commercially. This does not apply to third-party code marked as such in an article, which remains under its own licence. Statutory liability (section 6) is not affected.
Third-party names, trademarks and logos mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners.
Third-party fonts and icons: the Geist, Geist Mono and IBM Plex Sans Arabic typefaces and the Lucide icons are third-party works and do not belong to the provider. They are used under their respective licences (SIL Open Font License 1.1 and ISC License; some icons derived from Feather: MIT License). Copyright notices and full licence texts: third-party notices.
This website contains links to external websites. The provider has no influence over their content; their respective operators are responsible for it. The provider does not adopt the content of linked pages as its own.
Continuous monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If infringements become known, the links concerned will be removed promptly. Statutory liability (section 6) is not affected.
No guarantee is given that this website will be available without interruption or free of error. Access may be limited or suspended for maintenance, technical work or reasons outside the provider's control.
Liability is governed by statutory provisions. In particular, liability is unrestricted for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
The contact form is provided for genuine enquiries. Using it for unsolicited advertising, automated submissions or abuse is not permitted. Requests may be limited or refused.
How data submitted through the form is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
German law applies. This choice of law does not affect the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of your habitual residence, insofar as applicable law — in particular Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) — provides for that protection.
These terms may be updated as the website changes. The date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
